Probably a mill-rind, sometimes known as a mill-ink.

Only known to occur in two variants of the Baron arms: Baron. [Wemme] sa. an inke (sic probably a mill-rind) moline erm. and of Pantulfe

An inke moline would likely have the extremities of the mill-rind shaped like the tips of a cross moline.
